A working starting point

An industry pack describes sites, equipment, measurement points, alert rules and ongoing monitors. Its defaults carry the standard or design value behind each threshold, giving your team a concrete starting point to review.

The same monitoring engine works across packs. A new equipment profile or industry workflow can be described through pack configuration and reviewed against the existing contract.

Bring the model your process needs.

Combine pack-based monitoring with compatible custom vision or signal models, or select a supported hosted model route. Use the approach that fits the task: a gauge reader, a defect detector, a signal model or a vision-language model.

Model compatibility, runtime requirements and permissions are reviewed separately from pack configuration. Edge models must pass admission against the target device before deployment.

Build monitoring checks around the industry standards, manufacturer specifications and site procedures that apply to your equipment. Record where a limit comes from and retain the evidence your engineering and compliance teams need to review it.

You configure how requirements are monitored and documented. Applicable obligations still apply; a pack supports assessment and evidence collection, rather than granting certification or replacing qualified sign-off.

A library to build from.

The current library contains 14 reference packs: commercial HVAC, general manufacturing, agriculture, heavy goods, biomedical facilities, oil and gas, nuclear site services, wind energy, data centers, hospitals and care facilities, hotels, aerospace, military estates and government facilities.

Each reference pack includes synthetic sites, equipment and telemetry for evaluation. Adapt a relevant starting point or scope a new pack where your equipment or sector needs a different configuration.

Reference packs demonstrate workflows; they are not production-ready site configurations or claims of compliance. Nuclear and military examples cover facility services only.

From an industry template to your operating specification.

Example: cooling equipment

Start with a data-center or HVAC pack. Map your cooling units and sensor points, replace demonstration limits with the equipment manufacturer's operating envelope, and set different warning, critical and recovery conditions.

Add a compatible model where it helps interpret a gauge, image or signal. Keep the threshold basis and supporting observations available for the engineer reviewing the alert.

  4. Evaluate with representative data and agree acceptance criteria.

Custom alert and monitor settings are available in the application. New pack definitions and model deployments follow a reviewed authoring and deployment process.
